These are our policies for online sales. While these policies exist to protect Lakshmi NYC from fraud or abuse, our goal is always to serve our clients and provide them with the best products and formulas that we are able to produce.
Damaged Products
We will replace products damaged during shipping. We will need you to ship us back the damaged products before we can ship the replacements.
Defective Products
We will replace defective products. We will need you to ship us back the damaged or defective products before we can ship the replacements. Note that because our products are natural and we attempt as much as possible not to use chemicals that could be harmful to our clients the products do have a tendency to settle and separate. This is normal and can be remedied by simply shaking the bottle. Settling or separation are normal and we do not consider these as defects.
Incorrect Orders
We will send you the correct products if we make a mistake while fulfilling your order and send you the wrong product. We will need you to ship us back the incorrectly shipped products.
If you make a mistake placing your order and you contact us before we have shipped your order we will be happy to alter your order.
Returns
Because of the personal nature of our products and to protect our clients from tampering we cannot resell returned products. Therefore, all sales are final.
